Firm Website:

I have worked in the legal field since 1984 and as a litigation paralegal since 1989. I was employed with Wilson Powell Lang & Faris for nine years and with Langrock Sperry & Wool for sixteen years. I am currently employed with Paul Frank + Collins, P.C., where I assist on personal injury, workers' compensation and insurance defense cases. I am skilled at organizing and managing large complex litigation and medical cases.

In May 2000, I achieved the esteemed PACE Registered Paralegal® designation through the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. I am one of only nine PACE Registered Paralegals in Vermont. PACE (Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam) is a proficiency-based voluntary exam designed to test the competency level of experienced paralegals.

I obtained an Associate’s Degree, summa cum laude, from Bay Path University (formerly Bay Pathy College) in Paralegal Studies in 1984. In April 2006, I received a CaseSoft Power User Certification from Lexis Nexis. I have been a member of the Vermont Paralegal Organization since 1991 and have held several Board positions during that time, including Vice President, Paralegal Certification Ambassador, Secretary, and NFPA Secondary Representative.  I am also an Associate Member of the Vermont Bar Association.

As Primary NFPA Representative, I am a liaison between the VPO membership and NFPA, the national organization with which the VPO is affiliated.  I am charged with learning about issues facing paralegals via NFPA and sharing such information with our membership.  By attending regional and national meetings, as well as participating in online discussions and telephone conferences, I am able to give the VPO a national voice.  Likewise, I am responsible for casting votes at NFPA conferences, which are a reflection of the VPO membership's positions on topics that impact the paralegal profession.

As Website Chairperson, it is my responsibility to maintain and perform upkeep of the VPO website and Facebook Page.
