Burlington, Vermont based Paul Frank + Collins seeks to hire a full-time Corporate Paralegal to work with our Captive, Business, and Immigration teams.
The position involves preparation of complex legal documents, and case management work to assist the firm’s business and corporate attorneys and their national and international clients. Candidates with corporate experience in a law firm will excel in this position. We are open to considering motivated candidates without experience, as well.
A Bachelor's degree is required. Applicants should be detail-oriented and highly analytical with exceptional writing and communication skills, have the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, and present a positive, professional image with clients. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to prioritize workloads are necessary. Fluency in French would be helpful, but is not required.
