Part I of this program will look at (a) resources on the Tax Department website from basics to where to find rules, regulation, rulings and technical bulletins; and (b) basic elements of transfer tax, land gains tax and non-resident withholding requirements. In Part II of the program, representatives from the Tax Department will address topics related to recent questions raised by Real Estate practitioners.
