Mark A. Langan is a tax attorney at Dinse P.C. in Burlington. He has practiced law since 1981 in New Hampshire and Vermont. Mr. Langan is the current chair of the Probate and Trust Section of the Vermont Bar Association, a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and editor of A Practical Guide to Estate Planning in Vermont.
