I have worked in the legal field since 1993 when I started at a Burlington law firm as an office assistant, then went on to a legal secretary position and eventually became a paralegal. I have an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Trinity College, and a Bachelors Degree in Legal/Paralegal Studies from Woodbury College. I earned my MBA in Finance in 2019, and my Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation in 2022. I feel blessed to have worked at some of the largest, most diverse firms in Vermont over the years, which has given me a broad range of experience in a variety of cases and legal issues. I have handled large and complex commercial litigation matters, including employment matters, regulatory and administrative matters, employment and family based immigration work, insurance coverage and defense work, eminent domain and condemnation cases, and foreclosures. I am currently employed as a Senior Paralegal and Litigation Support Coordinator at Paul Frank + Collins P.C., where my work is concentrated in the areas of labor & employment law and litigation.

I have been actively involved with the VPO for many years, and have served in various roles including President, Vice President, Membership, and NFPA Primary. I also served previously on the NFPA Board of Directors as Region V Director.
