Laura Bradrick Treu has been a member of the First American Title Company Vermont underwriting team since 2021, and took over as State Counsel in 2022, and took on the additional role of State Manager in 2024. In her role as an underwriter and manager of the business side, Laura focuses on her Vermont agents, using her knowledgeable and customer-focused approach to support agents in all aspects of their business. Laura provides the highest level of personalized customer service that ensures peace of mind for buyers and sellers of real estate and the professionals that serve them.

Prior to joining First American, Laura was an associate attorney for two of Vermont’s prominent firms representing clients with the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, lenders in commercial lending transactions, and assisting in renewable energy projects.
