SPEAKER BIO: Heather A. Southwell is Of Counsel at Downs Rachlin Martin, PLLC in its Burlington office. Her practice includes the defense of employers in labor and employment litigation, and she has extensive experience representing managers before third parties, including arbitrators and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also advises managers on a variety of labor and employment issues, including claims of discrimination and harassment, wrongful discharge claims, and issues relating to performance management and discipline.
