SPEAKER BIO: Emily A. Garrett is an associate at Downs Rachlin Martin, PLLC in its Burlington office. Her practice includes assessing clients’ environmental liabilities, facilitating commercial, infrastructure and Brownfields development, and ensuring environmental permitting and compliance. While obtaining her law degree, Emily had internships with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and the Environmental Protection Agency (Region 1).
