Pursuant to Section 5.3 A Policy Meetings of the Second Restated Bylaws of NFPA, notice is given that a Non-Annual Policy Meeting of the Delegate Assembly is scheduled for Monday, July 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. (CST).  Registration for the Non-Annual Policy Meeting is now open!

The purpose of the Non-Annual Policy Meeting is to discuss the proposed Bylaws Resolutions to amend Section 7.17 and Section 7.18 of the Second Restated Bylaws of NFPA. The proposed Bylaws Resolution is posted to the NPFA website under the 2026 Non Annual Virtual Policy Meeting page.

To cover the costs of administration for the Non-Annual Policy Meeting, local associations will be charged a nominal $30 fee. Observers who wish to attend the Non-Annual Policy Meeting will be charged $15. Local Associations, please only submit ONE registration for both delegates.
